Description of content: The Executive Order aims to ensure that Wind turbines installed on land, in the terriorial sea in the eclusive economic zone, and which are used for electrical energy produktion, do not pose a risk to the safety and Health of persons and livestock as well as to property safety when Wind turbines are installed, is maintained or used, and complies with the established requirements for noise emissions.The executive order contains requirements for certification of Wind turbines and service and maintenance, of which the purpose is to ensure the Wind turbines durability throughout its life, and is a prerequisite for Wind turbines in Denmark to obtain a Building permit from the municipality and can be connected to the grid.
