The notified draft Resolution establishes the maximum permissible limits for pollutant emissions from land-based mobile sources, regulates the requirements and certification to which imported, assembled and domestically manufactured land-based mobile sources are subject, and adopts other provisions, in order to protect the environment, health and the right to a healthy environment, as well as to protect human life from the risks associated with pollutants from land-based mobile sources.
