Reduction of import tariffs on certain products, i.e. live animals, vegetables, food, minerals, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, plastics, woods, papers, textiles, ceramics, jewellery, tools, machineries; and elimination of import tariffs on dredgers. Effective from 1 July 2017: BCD rates on these products are as under: specified live animals (5%), vegetables (30%), minerals (5%/10%), pharmaceuticals (10%), fertilizers (5%/10%), plastics (5%-zero), woods (5%), papers (10%), textiles (10%), ceramics (10%), jewellery (15%), tools, machineries (10%); and elimination of import tariffs on dredgers
