Reduction and elimination of certain import tariffs on selected products (i.e. raw material inputs and consumer products which are not locally available) under Presidential Executive Order No. 790; 23/12/2009: Tariffs for imported crude and petroleum products were reduced to zero in 2009 in view of the Executive Orders 850 and 851. No change on import tariff for these products has been made since 2009
