National Standard of the P.R.C., Electric Vehicles Safety Requirements

This standard specifies the requirements for human protection against electric shock, functional safety and test methods of electric vehicles in normal use. This standard applies to electric vehicles with maximum working voltage of on-board driving system at class B voltage. This standard does not apply to road vehicles that are continuously connected to the power grid during driving.
