Introduction of export duties on several goods, including a 100% duty on cotton lint, scrap metal, flour and rice, 30% on wheat and meat, 20% on natural gas, cattle, and poultry, 10% on copper and polymers, 2% on yarn (but no less than $50 per ton, increasing to 5% or at least 125 USD per ton in the coming years), 1% on raw silk (but no less than 500 USD per ton, with further increases), 10% on leather (but no less than 300 USD per ton, with further increases) and others. The duties subsitute other forms of restrictions previously in place, such as Presidential export permit requirements and export fees established by industry associations.; 01/01/2026: As of 1 January 2026, further increase of export duties on leather (from 10% to 20% but no less than 600 USD per ton), and silk (from 1% to 2%, but no less than 2500 USD per ton); 01/01/2027: As of 1 January 2027, further increase of duties on exports of cotton yarn (from 2% to 5%, but but no less than 125 USD per ton); 01/01/2028: As of 1 January 2028, further increase of duties on exports of leather (from 20% to 30%, but no less than 900 USD per ton), and silk (from 5% to 10%, but no less than 5000 USD per ton)
