This draft technical regulation regulates the technical requirements and inspection of traction batteries used for electric motorcycles and mopeds. This draft technical regulation applies to those who manufacture, assemble and import batteries; those who manufacture and assemble electric motorcycles and mopeds, and agencies and organizations involved in management, testing, inspection and certification for the quality, the technical safety and environment protection of vehicles.
