This draft regulation limits certain hazardous substances found in the related electrical and electronic equipment, determines the processes to be omitted from such restrictions, controls the importation of these goods and finally embodies legal and technical grounds for techniques and goals to reuse, recycle and recover waste electrical and electronic equipments’residue formation and to reduce such occurances.
