Draft TIS 85-2548 (2005) Round Wire Concentric Lay Overhead Electrical Stranded Conductors (47 pages, in Thai language)

The Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) has proposed to revise TIS 85-2517(1974) Aluminium Stranded Conductors and to enforce as a mandatory standard. The standard covers round wire concentric lay overhead electrical stranded conductors; specifies designation system, definition, stranded conductors requirements_x000b_(e.g. materials, conductor sizes, surface, stranding, joints, linear density – mass per unit length, conductor strength and conductivity); and prescribes testing, packaging, marking and labelling.
