Customs (Prohibition of Imports) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2014The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2012 is amended in Part II of the Fourth Schedule in relation to item 1 and 2 by substituting the particulars in Column (2) and (3).The amendment also specifies that the manner of import of iron and steel products as stated in column (5) in Part II of the Fourth Schedule shall be accompanied by a certificate of approval or a letter of exemption issued by or on behalf of Chief Executive of the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) for the construction sector or SIRIM Bhd. for non-construction sector.The detailed information on certificate of approval or a letter of exemption for the importation of iron and steel products is available at: Ministry of International Trade and Industry Malaysiahttp://www.miti.gov.myConstruction Industry Development Board (CIDB)http://www.cidb.gov.mySIRIM BerhadĀ  http://www.sirim-qas.com.my
