Draft technical regulation laying down mandatory requirements that must be met by all kind of Jewels, their parts and accessories for the Protection of human health, establishing limits on the maximum concentration of Cadmium and Lead in precious and semiprecious jewels and determining the sale prohibition in the domestic market of precious and semiprecious Jewels with cadmium and lead concentrations greater than or equal respectively, by weight, 0.01% and 0.03%.
