Draft decree of Ministry of Industry on Mandatory Indonesia National Standard for Primary Battery - part 1 : General (SNI 04-2051.1-2004); Primary Battery - part 2 : Electrical and Physical Requirement (SNI 04-2051.2-2004).

Regulation of Minister of Industry No 101/M-IND/PER/10/2009 has been revoked and replaced by Regulation of Minister of Industry No. 69 Year 2024 regarding Mandatory Implementation of Indonesia National Standard for Primary Battery. The Regulation covers the issuance of SNI certificate using type 5 certification scheme, production process assessment and implementation of ISO 9001:2015 , including product quality testing based on:1. SNI IEC 60086-1:2015 Primary Batteries - Part 1: General (IEC 60086-1:2011, IDT); and 2. SNI IEC 60086-2:2015 Primary batteries - Part 2: Physical and electrical specifications (IEC 60086-2:2011, IDT). which have a tariff post/harmonized system number: a. ex. 8506.10.11; b. ex. 8506.10.12; c. ex. 8506.10.19; d. ex. 8506.10.91; e. ex. 8506.10.99; f. ex. 8506.50.00; g. ex. 8506.80.30; and h. ex. 8506.80.90.Domestic or imported primary battery products produced before this regulation may still be distributed for a maximum of 1 (one) year from the enforcement date.
