Draft Commission Decision amending, for the purposes of adapting to technical progress, the Annex to Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards an exemption for an application of cadmium (4 pages, in English).
Through this draft Commission Decision, having carried out the requisite technical and scientific assessment, the Commission proposes one more exemption to be added in the Annex to Directive 2002/95/EC.
